Florence & Gertrude is the creative partnership of artists, photographers and writers, Jules and Harry. Originally founded as students in 1976 when Jules studied drama and photography at Newcastle and Harry studied experimental cartography at the Royal College of Art but spend most of his time experimenting in the photography department's darkrooms. Fast forward forty odd years and not much has changed. Jules is still a drama queen, Harry's still working in the dark.
